  Ordered 2 tiffernight up lights, these were promptly delivered but without the fitting, unfortunately the fittings cannot be supplied until 10/02/18, which is to no use to me. Arrangements were then made to collect the 2 shades on friday 24/11/17 and I was assured after 2 calls to them that day, that they would defiantly be collected ,but they couldn't tell me which carrier they used as it was one of two????, needless to say the shades were not collected. Wasted a days holiday from work. Will I be compensated?I don't think so.these were not cheap light fitting either they cost over £400. Obviously they are not after business as customer satisfaction isn't their strong point. Haven't received a reply to my e-mail either.
